You might want your Yoga practice to help you integrate a particular issue. Both breath and posture can be instrumental in assisting with healing, creating awareness, or just waking up to a new level of excellence.
You will also get a video of the instruction part of the session for your home practice. That way you can keep working with a high level of precision.
